Service Requests
All WVU Employees,
This is a professional reminder that Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) is utilizing a Request for Services form to assist our WVU customers with EHS needs.
The request is used for all disciplines of our department: (i.e. Industrial Hygiene, Air Quality, Fire Prevention Systems, Workplace Safety, Environmental ,Laboratory, Bio Safety, Public Health, Water, Sanitation, Training, etc.)
Please be advised that a minimum 48 hour lead time is needed so that we may properly manage and assign requested services.
Fire Systems is also using the FM Work Order system for typical day to day requests and with the minimum lead time as indicated.
In an Emergency or Unplanned event please call the EHS main office 304- 293-3792.
