- Ethanol funding transfers now must complete before delivery. Due to increased requisition returns based on overspent funding, all tax-exempt research ethanol orders must clear the requisition transfer process before delivery. This may take a few days. Please contact Paul at RMM@mail.wvu.edu with questions/concerns.

Material Matching Errors: When viewing you RMM shopping cart, you may encounter a RED ! (Exclamation Point). To correct your cart, click on the ! . Then click the wrench icon. You can then select the closest match to your product by concentration or pictograms. If none of the listings are applicable , select the checkbox for " No Suitable Match Listed". This error will be less pronounced once all existing chemical inventories from this summer are fully integrated into the system. Contact RMM@mail.wvu.edu for assistance.
Lab Location Setup: If your lab room does not exist in the RMM system, Please email RMM@mail.wvu.edu with your building name and room number so it can be added. For Open Labs and Shared Areas, please include your Lab Bench number(s).
Research Materials Management (RMM)
Research Materials Management is located inside of Mountaineer Marketplace. This new system features price comparison between many chemical vendors, chemical structure searching, and creation of campus-wide chemical inventories.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Safety Data Sheets for chemicals on WVU premises are being migrated to an electronic, cloud based format. SDS for the Facilities and Services units will be searchable and this system will also integrate directly into RMM for laboratory chemicals. There is a direct link into the system below and on the ehs.wvu.edu home page.
